Spain will look to secure their first win of the 2018 World Cup when they face the early group leaders Iran this evening.
Iran scored a last minute winner against Morocco in their opener, thanks to an own goal from Aziz Bouhaddouz.
For long periods Morocco were the better team, however struggled to break down Carlos Quieroz’s side.
Spain were excellent in long periods against Portugal, but they could only claim a point in an incredible fixture.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick for Portugal, helping his side share the spoils in a 3-3 draw.
The other fixture in Group B takes place earlier in the day as Morocco face Portugal, with both sides in need of a win.
Team news
Despite victory in their opening game, Iran could well make three changes for the Spain fixture.
Roozbeh Chesmi is injured, however they recover Saied Ezzatollhai from suspension. In the final change Milad Mohammadi is likely to come in.
Despite scoring a screamer versus Portugal, Nacho is set to miss out for his club team-mate Dani Carvajal who has recovered from injury.
The rest of the team should stay in the same, meaning Isco and David Silva will play further forward.
