Arsenal vs. Manchester United: Premier League – Match Preview

Two of last seasons top three meet on Sunday as Manchester United travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates.

Arsenal’s 100% record came to an end last week as they were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Fulham.

Eddie Nketiah looked to have earned Arsenal all three points; however they were frustrated by a late Joao Palhinha strike.

Manchester United recovered from 2-0 down to beat Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford last weekend.

Goals from Christian Eriksen, Casmeiro and a Bruno Fernandes penalty completed the turn around to earn United a second consecutive fortunate home win.

Match history
Arsenal edged a five goal thriller in the fixture last year, with Nketiah scoring a last minute winner.

The home side has won the last four meetings in this fixture, with United recording a 3-1 win at Old Trafford last campaign.
