They have claimed four points from their first two Champions League games, edging past Qarabag last time out.
Chelsea hope to have Alvaro Morata back from a muscle problem and he will replace Michy Batshuayi in the team.
They will be without both Victor Moses and N’Golo Kante though for the visit of Roma.
Roma look set to be without key defender Kostas Manolas after he was forced off vs. Napoli.
The former Manchester City pair of Aleksandar Kolarov and Edin Dzeko will both start.
