Chelsea can regain their seven point advantage at the top of the Premier League on Tuesday when they host Southampton.
The Blues beat Tottenham to reach the FA Cup final on the weekend, with Nemanja Matic scoring the pick of the bunch in a 4-2 success.
Last time out in the league though their advantage over Spurs was cut to four points following a 2-0 loss away at Manchester United.
Southampton were easily beaten by Manchester City last time out in the league, going down 3-0 at home to the Citizens.
The returning Vincent Kompany was among the goalscorers as City cemented their top four spot.
