Goals from Marcus Rashford and Ander Herrera sealed a surprisingly easy win for the hosts.
They did beat the Red Devils in the Quarter-Finals of this competition though, with N’Golo Kante scoring the winner.
Spurs hit League One side Millwall for six at the same stage, with Heung Min Son scoring a hat-trick.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men are in superb form and eased past Bournemouth on the weekend.
The fit again Harry Kane was among the scorers, with Vincent Janssen scoring his first Premier League goal from open play.
