The Premier League top two go head to head on Saturday evening as Liverpool host leaders Arsenal.
By the time they meet, the pair may well have dropped a spot, with Aston Villa having the chance to go top on Friday when they host Sheffield United.
Liverpool’s goalless draw at home to Manchester United last Sunday meant they failed to return to top spot.
They bounced back with an impressive 5-1 Carabao Cup win over West Ham United midweek and they will face Fulham in the semi-final of the competition.
Arsenal recorded a comfortable 2-0 win over Brighton, with Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz the goalscorers.
They missed numerous chances in the first half, but were always in control of the game and there was little doubt about the result once Jesus had scored.

Team news
Darwin Nunez has struggled in recent matches and went the full 90 minutes midweek in the cup, which could indicate he drops to the bench here.
Diogo Jota is approaching a return, but it’s unlikely it will be on Saturday.
Arsenal will probably name an unchanged XI from the one that beat Brighton, meaning Havertz will continue in a midfield role.
Jorginho is a doubt; however would likely have to make do with a spot on the bench regardless.
Expected starting XI’s
Liverpool (4-3-3): Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimikas; Szoboszlai, Endo, Jones; Salah, 1Gakpo, Diaz
Arsenal (4-3-3): Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Odegaard, Rice, Havertz; Saka, Jesus, Martinelli
