Ander Herrera and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are certain to start, with the pair banned for the league fixture with Middlesbrough on Sunday.
Eric Bailly, Daley Blind and Juan Mata missed out in the loss to Chelsea and are expected to be rotated back in.
Vladimir Granat broke his collar bone in the reverse leg and won’t make the trip to Manchester.
