Two sides with aspirations of being much higher than they currently are meet on Wednesday evening as Manchester United entertain Chelsea.

Manchester United were desperately poor once again in defeat at Newcastle United on Saturday, losing 1-0, but it could have been much more.

Antony Gordon scored the games only goal to send Newcastle above Manchester United in the Premier League.

Chelsea recorded an entertaining win over Brighton, edging a five goal thriller 3-2 at Stamford Bridge.

Enzo Fernandez scored his first Premier League goals in the win, bagging a brace, including the winner from the penalty spot.

Raphael Varane continues to miss out, with the French defender seemingly another who has fallen out of favour with Erik ten Haag.
