Atletico Madrid were too strong for the English champions Leicester City, with a narrow 1-0 win in the home leg the difference.
They hit five past Las Palmas on Saturday, with Kevin Gameiro scoring twice for Diego Simeone’s men.

Gareth Bale is sidelined until the end of the month with Isco expected to deputise for the Welshman.
