Manchester United vs. Hull City: Capital One Cup Semi-Final First Leg – Match Preview

Manchester United are the overwhelming favourites to progress in the Capital One Cup final going into the two legged tie with Hull City.

United eased past Championship side Reading on the weekend in the FA Cup, winning 4-0 with Marcus Rashford scoring twice.

Hull City also progressed in the cup, beating Swansea City 2-0 in Marco Silva’s first game in charge of the club.

Manchester United have beaten both Manchester City and West Ham on route to the semi-final of the competition.

Hull have had a favourable route, although did edge past Newcastle United on penalties in the previous round.
